Really nice hotel, walking distance to the centre (15 min). Very nice rooms, quite new and arranged nicely. Comfortable beds. I think it is really good quality for this price. Although there was no reception desk the contact via email was really fast and they were very helpful. The room was quiet but we had the room not from the street side.

I didn't thought that it will be this great because of my previous experiences. But room was great, clean and comfy. Self check-in very easy, no problem at all. Staff on chat very helpful and I met some cleaners, they were friendly. Feel very warm here. Hope to come back again, maybe soon!

My mother went here last summer and she was surprised that the hotel improves a lot. Facilities looks very beautiful and we really love the ambiance. Breakfast were great as expected!

Clean room, ok location, modern great bathroom, check in and out was easy and instructions were given in advance. Communication with the hotel was great. Overall, very pleased! If you're taking bus tours, this hotel is very close to the general pick-up point (bus stop 12) and many companies can pick you up from this hotel directly but they use the old name on the information sheet. Aka. Good location!

Room modern and clean. Lighting excellent. Small (single) but well designed and outfitted. Wet room shower. Good towels. Quiet area about a brisk 10-15 minutes from downtown Reykjavik. Very comfortable

The room was spacious and the hotel was easy to find. There are parking slots available near the hotel, the challenge is to find one that is free of charge and allows for longer than 15min parking. But the best part was the curtains - this was the darkest room to sleep during my travels! As a bonus, there is a nice restaurant in the same building. There were some ongoing renovations, but they did not disturb. Also, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Wifi worked well, and staff answered quickly during the say through the booking.com messages.

The hotel's restaurant was excellent, clean and had a good atmosphere. The staff takes people's needs into account. The breakfast was also plentiful and tasty. The location was good, for example the shops Netto and Bonus are located very close, which was enough for us when we arrived first night in Iceland. At first we were looking for a free parking place, but in the end we decided to park the car in a paid parking place on the street next to the hotel. The parking fee is in hours, but you don't have to pay for all hours in the evening and at night + weekends. Payment can be made by card or app. (P1 area) We didn't see any staff at the hotel, self-service worked well and didn't bother us. The room was clean and modern.
